Renovated apartment in a prefabricated building is located on the 5th floor (out of 12) in Říčany town. The building has undergone a full renovation which included the water and sewage pipes. The apartment has completely changed the water and sewage piping as well as electrical network incl. the sockets etc. The co-operative of the owners have agreed to insulate the facade of the building as well as the balconies. The insulation of the facade also includes replacing of the windows. All of the following reconstruction works are divided into monthly service payments which include water consumption too. The purchase price includes a kitchen cabinet set with a sink, electrical cooker and oven and dining table. Two lifts (personal and freight) are available in the building.
